The Cell
1. Each cell consists of four colors, arranged in a
square.
2. A cell is either alive or dead.
3. Living cells are in the livingspace, dead cells
on the cemetery.
4. Each cell may has one and only one child cell.
The Livingspace / The Cemetery
1. The maximum capacity of the livingspace is 100.
The more cells alive, the more cells will die.
2. There is no maximum capacity of the cemetery.
The User
1. A user has to register in order to create a colorcell.
2. Users without a valid e-mail adress may get banned.
3. Each registered user can have one and only one living
cell. As soon as this cell died, the user can create
a new cell.
4. Each user (registered or unregistered) can choose between one
and three cells that he likes. Each user is allowed to vote only
once a day.
The Colorcell Processes
1. Once a day, the "Aging Process" takes
place: The average aging is calculated and all living
cell reduce their fitness according to this value.
2. Once a day, the "Fitness Update Process"
takes place: Selected cells raise their fitness according
to the number of votes they got during that day.
3. Once a day, the "Dying Process" takes
place: The more cells in the livingspace, the more
cells will die. The cells with the lowest fitness
will die. They get buried on the cemetery.
4. Once a day, the "Cell Crossing Process" takes place:
Two cells without childcells get selected. They give two of their
colors towards the newly created childcell. The higher the fitness
of a cell, the higher the chance that it will cross.
Overfeeding / Hall of Fame
1. If a cell gets selected too often, it will die because
it got overfeeded.
2. If a cell is "Cell of the Day" long enough, it will
enter the "Hall of Fame"
